Seating capacity depends on space dimensions. Goose Hall has 1521 sq. ft. which includes the stage.
Layout Style Description Capacity Considerations:
Theater Style Rows of chairs facing a stage. Maximizes seating, suitable for presentations. We have 105 chair for this layout.
Classroom Style Rows of tables and chairs, facing front. Less dense than theater style, allows for workspace. We have 8 "partner tables which seats 3 each. We can add some round or rectangle banquet tables at the back to add more seating and jazz up the hall.
Banquet Style Round tables with chairs. Good for socializing and meals, less efficient floor space floor space. We have 13 60" round banquet tables. Each table can hold maximum 8 people our red chairs are larger than a standard banquet chair take out one chair for comfort.
Reception Style Open space, limited seating. Ideal for mingling.
U-Shape Table layout and tables & chairs forming a U-shape. Again back to partner tables or use standard rectangle banquet tables. This arrangement encourages discussion, good for smaller groups.
